The Invitation to Bid for The Project of “The Creation of Superficies for 13 lands, Including 3rd Subsection, Gongyuan Sec., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City (former site of City Council)” Was Republished on May 11th, Welcoming All Investors to Join

The lot is located in the intersection of Zhongxiao West Road and Zhongshan South Road which has total area of 6,695 square meters. According to zoning of the urban planning , the lands used for cultural tourism (Area 6,141 square meters, with Floor Area Ratio 625%¸ Building Coverage Ratio 60%), the others used for type 4 commercial district (Area 554 square meters, Floor Area ratio 800%, Building Coverage Ratio 75%). In order to speed up the development and utilize the public land, Taipei City Government (TCG) amend the tender and republished the bid on May 11th, 2017,And the base price of royalty was adjusted to NT$ 2.868 billon.

Department of Finance(DoF) states that The tender will be closed by 11:00 a.m. on August 10th, 2017, and the qualification review will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Welcoming investors with interest to join.
