This afternoon (8th), Mayor Chiang Wan-an attended a promotional event on tobacco and alcohol regulations and cloud invoices, organized by the Department of Finance(DOF),Taipei City Government and the Taipei City Revenue Service. The event featured a captivating performance by the Song Song Song Children's & Puppet Theatre, allowing many parents and their children to easily understand the tobacco and alcohol regulations and benefits of cloud invoices. The Mayor emphasized the importance of starting education on preventing illegal tobacco and alcohol use from a young age, while also celebrating a joyful Father's Day with Mayor Chiang.

Mayor Chiang Wan-an stated that, as a father of three, he hopes to provide children in Taipei city with a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and safe learning environment. With the current flood of information online, it is crucial to instill the concept of preventing illegal tobacco and alcohol use from an early age to protect children from the dangers of tobacco and alcohol due to curiosity or incorrect information. Additionally, Taipei city aims for sustainable environmental development, and hopes that the public will support environmental protection by using cloud invoices.

Director Hu Hsiao-lan of DOF stated that, the DOF and the Taipei City Revenue Service use a variety of channels and activities to promote tobacco and alcohol regulations and advocate for cloud invoices to people of different ages and groups each year. This year, for the first time, we invited the Song Song Song Children's & Puppet Theatre to specially plan a children's play. We held two performances of " Judge Examines the Stone " at the City Hall’s family theater, hoping to integrate the themes of preventing illegal tobacco and alcohol use and promoting cloud invoices into the storyline. The goal is to achieve a grounding effect in education, while making education artistic and integrating art into daily life are opening doors of hope, joy, and creativity for children.

Director Hu further stated that this event also collaborated with the Department of Social Welfare, the Department of Education, the Department of Civil Affairs, and the Indigenous Peoples Commission to jointly invite children from new immigrant children and indigenous children to enjoy the festivities together. The cloud invoices collected during the event will be fully donated to charitable organizations.
