The new Visual Location Rate Inquiry System of Taipei City Revenue Service (TRS) was officially launched on March 28th, 2023. It provides the public with an intui-tive way to query the housing street level rate (hereinafter referred to as the location rate) of all lots in Taipei City. 

To enable the public easily query the location rate of the road section where the build-ing is located, the TRS developed the System. It is the first to use "buildings" as the unit, with a simple and easy-to-understand map visual interface, for the pub-lic to quickly query the detailed housing location rate information of any location in Taipei City and nearby areas, and easily understand the trend of location rate changes in different locations. The TRS further stated that if inquiring about property tax information, the pub-lic can access the "Property Tax e-Inquiry Platform", click on the property tax amount inquiry function, and after identity authentication, they can fully query the real estate location rate, the current value of the house, and tax amount under their name to prevent leakage of personal tax information.
