Taipei City Secured Small Loans Service provide preferential interest relief measures
In response to Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens (COVID-19), the Taipei City Secured Small Loans Service, which is affiliated to the Department of Finance, Taipei City Government, will provide preferential measures of 0.18% reduction in the loan monthly interest rate from May 1 to July 31, 2022, to people who have received relief subsidies approver by the central ministries and committees, confirmed diagnoses, home isolation, and home quarantine in 2022 due to the epidemic.
The department stated that the Taipei City Government has provided a number of short-term relief measures. If the people affected by the epidemic have emergency funding needs, they can apply for pledge loan at each branch. In addition, people only need to provide proof of relief subsidy approved by the central ministries and committees, or relevant certification documents such as the confirmation notice, home isolation notice or home quarantine notice issued by the competent authority, before December 30, 2022, to the original loan branch, there will be a preferential measure of 0.18% reduction in the loan monthly interest rate from May 1 to July 31, 2022.
