Taipei City Revenue Service (TRS) collaborates with the Easy Wallet app to promote e-Invoices carriers binding and remittance account setting. Get the chance to win prizes!
To promote a fully paperless consumption process, TRS takes the advantage of tax season of vehicle license tax and house tax to encourage citizens to use various mobile payment methods to pay these taxes. Additionally, during the tax collection period (April 1 to May 31, 2025), those who use Easy Wallet to purchase and bind their mobile barcode to Easy Wallet to store e-invoices and set up automatic remittance of winnings will have a chance to receive a rebate of NT$100 in their Easy Wallet. This initiative enables tax payments and consumptions to be completed with a single mobile phone. Everyone is welcomed to participate actively! TRS further explains that taxpayers can use mobile devices or tax payment apps to scan the three-section barcode or QR-Code on their tax bills for online payment service. They can also utilize the “inquiry and pay taxes online” service on the local tax network declaration website to pay Taipei City’s 2025 vehicle license tax or house tax online, enjoying the convenience of e-payment. Besides, those who make a payment via their Easy Wallet, which has been bound to their e-invoice mobile barcode and set up for automatic remittance to claim awards (by enabling Easy Wallet’s service on automatic prize redemption), will have the chance to be one of the lucky winners after registering on TRS event webpage (https://services.arpa.tpctax.dof.gov.taipei/act/index.html). TRS states that the first 750 participants who successfully complete the above-mentioned tasks of e-Invoices carriers binding and remittance account setting in the Easy Wallet app (based on the "registration time" recorded on the event page of TRS) before the event ends on May 31, 2025, will each receive a rebate of NT$100 in their Easy Wallet. This initiative aims to encourage citizens to embrace convenient and eco-friendly lifestyle brought by e-invoices while completing the event tasks!
