In order to revitalize public assets actively, The Department of Finance (DOF) of the Taipei City Government (TCG) announces the lease of 78 places of city-owned real estate located in Zhongzheng District and Zhongshan District. Bidders of property leasing and management industry are sincerely welcomed.
On April 8, 2025, the TCG DOF has announced a public tender for the lease of 48 pieces of city-owned real estate and 48 parking space located in 2F.-10, No. 53, Sec. 1, Hangzhou S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City; and 30 pieces of city-owned real estate and 35 parking space located in 4F., No. 22, Ln. 44, Sec. 2, Zhongshan N. Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City. Those 78 city-owned properties have all been involved in urban renewal project plans. The deadline for bid submission is at 11am on April 29,2025 and the bids are scheduled to be opened at 3pm on the same day. The TCG DOF states that these properties located in Zhongzheng District and Zhongshan District are both high-quality and relatively rare residential products. In Zhongzheng District, there are 48 units (1 unit is an office, and the rest are residential), situated in a top-tier educational district near a fully enrolled school zone and close to Taipei Main Station. The surrounding area offers excellent living amenities. The residential units range from 62 to 72 ping with 3 to 4 bedroom layouts, and each unit includes with 1 parking space; The 30 residential units in Zhongshan District are located in the heart of the Zhongshan commercial area, right in the first row of the Xin Zhongshan Linear Park, and only a 3-minute walk from Zhongshan MRT Station. The units range from 67 to 86 ping with 4-bedroom layouts, and each unit includes 1 to 2 parking spaces. The DOF reminds that the minimum bidding price is starting from NTD 69,002,640.
