The Department of Finance (DOF) of the Taipei City Government (TCG) announces a public tender for the lease of municipal real estate located on the basement level of No. 1–49, Alley 36, Lane 320, Section 2, Xiyuan Road, Wanhua District, Taipei City. Bidders are sincerely welcomed.
On March 11, 2025, the TCG DOF has announced a public tender for the lease on the basement level of the municipal property located at No. 1–49, Alley 36, Lane 320, Section 2, Xiyuan Road, Wanhua District, Taipei City. Currently, the lease has expired and the estate itself is put out to public tender again to improve the utilization of municipal real estate. This property is strictly designated as parking spaces attached to buildings. Eligible bidders must be domestic companies registered in accordance with the Company Act, with business scope code G202010 (parking lot operation) included in their registered business activities. Additionally, their names could not be on the blacklist based on their check credit related information, and those who have been recorded of issuing bounced checks in the past three years are also excluded. The deadline for bid submission is March 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM, and the bid opening will take place on March 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM. During the announcement period, interested parties may visit the property at their own discretion.
