City Property Management Division is responsible for promoting effective use of city property, which includes leasing contract management, asset disposal and utilization strategy. In order to maximize the annual revenue, City Property Management offers the information of non-public city properties tender. By tender process, general public are able to lease or buy city property.
 Another main task of City Property Management Division is reducing the number of illegal occupation in city property. To keep the benefit of TCG properties, the illegal occupants will be charged penalties and be required to return city property.
